Subscription customers can submit questions to Autodesk product support specialists via the Subscription Center web site. These specialists can troubleshoot issues and help you with installation and configuration. Subscription also provides web-based tracking and management of all support cases, enabling you to see questions already asked by members of your organization, along with their resolutions. Subscription customers also have the option to purchase premium levels of Autodesk technical support if needed.
Flexible Licensing Privileges
Subscription offers flexible licensing privileges that allow you to access both previous and current versions of your software, install the software on both home and office computers, and use it in multiple locations.
- Previous Version Rights—Run the current release or certain previous versions of your licensed software (up to three versions back for most products), subject to terms and conditions.
- Home Use Rights—Access licensed software at home on a personal computer as well as in the office, subject to terms and conditions.
- Extra Territory Rights—Use licensed software outside the country of purchase for 90 days, subject to terms and conditions.

A variety of administrative tools are available on the Autodesk Subscription Center to help you manage your Subscription benefits.
- Coverage Report—Track and manage your software licenses and seats. View helpful details of each of your Subscription contracts such as contract numbers, contract start and end dates, group names, and product details.
- Renewal Report—Receive updates on contracts that will expire in 90 days or less.
